Violations of system or network security may result in civil or criminal liability. Rightwise Prep may investigate violations of this User Agreement and may involve and cooperate with law enforcement authorities in prosecuting users who are involved in such violations.

You may link to our home page as long as the link does not cast Rightwise Prep, or its affiliate(s), in a false or misleading light. You may not frame the content of the Site, without our express written consent. You may not use metatags or any other "hidden text" that incorporates any Rightwise Prep, or its affiliate(s), trademarks or our name without our express written consent.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Suspension of Service

Rightwise Prep and its affiliate(s) reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend access to the site at any time for the purpose of upgrading, redesigning, repairing or otherwise maintaining the Site. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to minimize the time required to perform such upgrades, redesigns, repair or other maintenance activities.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend your use of this Site if we determine, at our sole discretion, that you have violated one or more of the terms of this User Agreement. We reserve the right to suspend or restrict, in whole or in part, your access to the Site and/or to terminate this User Agreement at any time without notice for any reason, including, in the case of this User Agreement, for your violation of any of its provisions. The Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability and Governing Law sections of this User Agreement shall survive any such termination.

Governing Law

This User Agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada applicable to contracts made and performed there without regard to its conflicts of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts sitting in the State of Nevada and waive any jurisdictional, venue, or inconvenient forum objections to such courts.

Jurisdiction

Rightwise Prep makes no claims that the Site may be lawfully viewed, downloaded or otherwise used outside of the United States. Access to, and the use of, of this Site may not be legal by certain persons or in certain countries. If you access and use the Site from outside of the United States, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with the laws of the all competent jurisdictions.

Invalid Provisions and Waiver

If any of this User Agreement is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, that invalidity will not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this User Agreement, which will remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any term by Rightwise Prep will be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision.

Children's Guidelines

In order to comply with COPPA regulations, as amended, students under the age of thirteen are not permitted to register with this Site directly. Rightwise Prep requires the parents/guardians of such students to complete registration under their own names. The Site's online forms contain blocking mechanisms that are intended to prevent the collection of personally identifiable information from users under the age of thirteen who attempt to register on the Site. Once the Site recognizes that a user is under the age of thirteen, it automatically rejects such registration.

The Site may not be accessed by persons under the age of 13. Our Site is hosted in the United States. We make no representation that content and materials on this Site are legal or appropriate for use from outside the United States. Any references on the Site to specific products and services are applicable only to those available in the U.S., and any product claims and comparisons to other products on the Site apply within the U.S. only. If you access this Site from outside the United States, you do so at your own risk. You may not use the Site in violation of United States export laws and regulations.

You may register at the Site and set up an account if you are thirteen (13) years of age. Do not register if you are not at least thirteen (13) years of age. If you are at least thirteen (13) years of age and do register, then you will have a username and password for your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, username and/or password and for restricting access to your computer. You accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You will provide only current, complete, accurate and truthful information. If you are accessing and using the Site on someone else's behalf, then you represent that you have the authority to bind that person as the principal to these Terms, and to the extent you do not have such authority you agree to be bound to these Terms and to accept liability for harm caused by any wrongful use of the Site resulting from such access or use. We reserve the right to refuse service and/or terminate accounts without prior notice if these Terms are violated or if we decide, in our sole discretion, that it would be in our best interests to do so.

Entire Agreement

The Terms embody the entire agreement and understanding between us and you with respect to the subject matter of the Terms and supersedes all prior oral or written agreements and understandings relating to the subject matter of the Terms. No statement, representation, warranty, covenant or agreement of any kind not expressly set forth in the Terms will affect, or be used to interpret, change or restrict, the express terms and provisions of the Terms.
